Natural Night Cap


For the past 4 weeks I've been making this anti-inflammatory golden milk before bed; un-sweetened almond milk + turmeric). It’s super easy & has many health benefits. From fighting inflammation to supplying ample antioxidants & aiding in sleep quality.

Initial mice studies have found that turmeric can protect against oxidative damage & sleep deprivation. As part of my bedtime ritual I’ll boil 1 cup un-sweetened almond milk with 1/2 tsp. turmeric. It helps to relax, improve mood, help depression, and potentially lower anxiety levels (this has all been seen in mice), plus it tastes great!
